General
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except at management’s discretion under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical or relocation reasons).
Monthly payments are due on the same date each month. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of membership privileges.
Annual memberships are payable in advance.
Benefits are subject to availability and may require booking. Spa access may be limited during peak times.
Management reserves the right to amend terms, benefits, and pricing with reasonable notice.
Opening hours are subject to change; don't hesitate to contact the spa for current operating times.
Discounts cannot be combined.
Monthly credits cannot be accumulated and expire at the end of each month.
Retail discounts apply only to full-priced items.
The hotel reserves the right to change product brands used within the spa.
Treatment availability is subject to therapist availability. Booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
Food & Beverage discounts are valid only at The Alice Restaurant, Morse Bar, and The Drawing Room.
Guest passes are valid only when a member accompanies the guest. Guests cannot redeem any discount without the member present.
Use of spa facilities is subject to spa rules. Members must familiarise themselves with and abide by all regulations. Failure to do so may result in the revocation of membership without a refund.
The minimum age for spa access is 16 years. An adult must accompany guests under 18. Members must be 18 or older to hold a membership.
Health & Safety
Members must inform the spa of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before using facilities or receiving treatments.
The spa reserves the right to refuse service if a member’s behaviour or health condition is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
Termination & Cancellation
The spa reserves the right to terminate a membership for rule violations, inappropriate behaviour, or other reasonable causes. Refunds, if any, are at management’s sole discretion.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled only in writing.
Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date determined by the member’s join date.
If a cancellation request is made after the monthly charge date, no refund will be issued.
For memberships paid via direct debit, a minimum of three (3) months’ written notice is required for cancellation.
Acceptable reasons for early termination include hospitalisation, relocation, or other exceptional personal circumstances, at management’s discretion.
Annual memberships are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances approved by management (e.g., relocation or medical reasons).
