MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS.


General

1. Membership Commitment

  • All memberships are sold on a minimum 12-month contractual basis. By enrolling, members agree to fulfil the full term of their membership, whether paying monthly or annually.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except at management’s discretion under exceptional circumstances.

2. Payments

  • Monthly payments are due on the same date each month. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of membership privileges.

  • Annual memberships must be paid in full in advance.

3. Cancellation & Early Termination

  • Memberships cannot be cancelled before the end of the 12-month term except under exceptional circumstances.

  • Acceptable reasons for early termination include:

  • Serious medical conditions or hospitalisation

  • Permanent relocation to another city or country where return is not reasonably possible

All early termination requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing via email

  • Include supporting documentation (e.g. medical or relocation evidence)

  • Provide a minimum of three (3) months’ written notice

  • All requests are subject to management review and approval.

  • If a member attempts to cancel, stops payments, or terminates their membership without a valid reason or without providing the required notice, this will be treated as a breach of contract.

  • In such cases, the member will remain liable for the full remaining balance of the 12-month membership term, and a termination fee may be applied.

4. Access & Availability

  • All benefits are subject to availability and may require booking.

  • Spa access may be restricted during peak times.

  • Opening hours are subject to change; members are encouraged to contact the spa for current times.

  • Treatment availability is subject to therapist availability.

5. Membership Benefits & Discounts

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.

  • Monthly treatment credits must be used within the same month and cannot be carried forward.

  • Retail discounts apply only to full-priced items.

  • Food & Beverage discounts are valid at The Alice Restaurant, Morse Bar, and The Drawing Room only.

  • The hotel reserves the right to change product brands used within the spa.

6. Guest Policy

  • Guest access is permitted only when accompanied by the member. Guests are not eligible to redeem discounts independently.

7. Health & Safety

  • Members must inform the spa of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before using facilities or receiving treatments.

  • The spa reserves the right to refuse access or treatment if deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Conduct & Spa Rules

  • Use of all facilities is subject to spa rules. Members are expected to familiarise themselves with and adhere to all guidelines.

  • Failure to comply may result in termination of membership without refund.

9. Age Restrictions

  • Members must be 18 years or older to hold a membership.

  • An adult must accompany guests aged 16–17.

10. Termination by Management

The spa reserves the right to terminate a membership for:

  • Breach of these terms

  • Inappropriate behaviour

  • Any other reasonable cause

11. Amendments

Management reserves the right to amend membership terms, benefits, pricing, and operating hours with reasonable notice.

12. Mobile Phone & Digital Device Policy

To preserve a tranquil and respectful environment for all guests, the use of mobile phones and electronic devices is not permitted within the Thermal Suite and relaxation areas.

Members are kindly asked to:

  • Keep all devices on silent mode at all times

  • Refrain from making or receiving calls within spa areas

  • Avoid the use of cameras, photography, or video recording

Designated areas may be available for essential phone use.

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in temporary removal from the spa facilities, and repeated breaches may lead to termination of membership without refund
